Per Article 81 of the Implementing Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, in low-visibility weather such as fog, rain, snow, dust, and hail: (1) when visibility is below 200 meters, turn on fog lights, low beams, position lights, and front and rear position lights, keep speed below 60 km/h, and maintain a distance of more than 100 meters from the vehicle ahead in the same lane; (2) when visibility is below 100 meters, also turn on hazard warning flashing lights, keep speed below 40 km/h, and maintain over 50 meters; (3) when visibility is below 50 meters, keep speed below 20 km/h and exit the expressway at the nearest exit as soon as possible. [Note] Only at visibility under 50 meters must the vehicle exit at the nearest exit. The visibility described in this question does not require leaving as soon as possible.
