From high to low.
C

D

ANSWER · D
How to read road and terrain at night by the lights: (1) If the headlight reach appears to shorten while driving, the road ahead may be entering a bend with a mountain or barrier on one side, reaching a low point on a slope, or approaching or entering an uphill. (2) If the headlight reach appears to lengthen, the road ahead may be turning from a bend into a straight, entering a downhill, going from a gentle slope to a steep slope, or going from a downhill to a flat road. (3) If the light leaves the road surface, the road ahead may be a sharp turn, a large pothole, or the top of a slope. (4) If the light moves from the center of the road to the side, the road ahead may be a general bend or a continuous bend; for continuous bends, the light moves from one side of the road to the other.
