Those who provide cheating equipment or other assistance for the above crimes shall be punished under the same provisions. Those who illegally sell or provide test questions or answers to others for cheating shall be punished under the same provisions. Those who take the exam for others or let others take the exam in their place shall be sentenced to detention or surveillance, plus a fine alone or in conjunction.
