Holders of licenses for large passenger cars, heavy-duty tractor-trailers, urban buses, medium-sized passenger cars, or large trucks who have accumulated points within a scoring cycle, and holders of other types of licenses who cause a fatal accident with equal or greater liability and have not had their license revoked, must complete at least three hours of learning on road traffic safety laws and regulations, traffic safety and courteous driving, and emergency response, and receive traffic accident case warning education during the inspection. Drivers over 70 must also take memory, judgment, reaction, and other ability tests as required.
