B

C

ANSWER · A
According to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations", expressway lane speed limits should be indicated, with a maximum of 120 km/h and a minimum of 60 km/h. The maximum speed for small passenger cars on expressways is 120 km/h, for other motor vehicles 100 km/h, and for motorcycles 80 km/h. With two lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed for the left lane is 100 km/h. With three or more lanes in the same direction, the minimum speed for the leftmost lane is 110 km/h, and for the middle lane 90 km/h. If a posted speed limit differs from these rules, follow the posted limit. The picture shows the car in the left lane with two lanes in the same direction, so the minimum speed is 100 km/h.
